Our Network extends its heartfelt condolences to the family of our dear colleague, Viola Lāzo, from the Latvian Pensioners’ Federation.
For several years, Viola Lāzo served as the Deputy Chairperson for External Relations at the Latvian Pensioners’ Federation, representing her organisation within AGE Platform Europe.
With heavy hearts, we say farewell to a dedicated colleague whose work left a lasting impact. Viola was widely known and respected across Latvia, especially by older generations, for her tireless commitment to age equality. Her distinctive voice on Latvian Radio was instantly recognisable and will not be forgotten.
Dear Viola, you will be deeply missed and always remembered. Rest in peace.
