Launch of European Year 2012 in Copenhagen on 18-19 January

The European Year 2012 was officially launched at an EU event organised by the Danish EU Presidency in Copenhagen on 18-19 January 2012. The aim of this thematic year is to inform, support the exchange of good practice and encourage policy makers and stakeholders at all levels to facilitate active ageing and independent living. Age delegation of AGE members and representatives of the EY2012 stakeholders’ Coalition were invited to take part in the event.
