ATDAL OVER 40 showcased in photo exhibition celebrating social, non-for-profit value

ATDAL logo ATDAL Over 40 is one of the non-profit organisations celebrated by the photographic exhibition “Don’t get over it”, organized in Rome by Censis Foundation, Tiburtina Station and BNL on the value of gratuitousness and solidarity, open from October 20th to November 4th, 2016 inside the Tiburtina Station. It is a “Decumanus of solidarity” 65 meters long!

The exhibition not only showcases images, it is a real path through which exhibitors (Italian or foreign non-profit organizations, associations, foundations and companies) share through a photo their way of experiencing Mercy, taking care of other’s difficulties, getting closer to those who are marginalized and producing social value through gratuitous actions.

This is the link to ATDAL webpage in the site. The text at the bottom of the page may be translated in English as follows:

“Too young to retire, too old to work ! Lots of people aged 40+ lose their jobs. Atdal 40+ helps the most fragile among unemployed people. It has recently completed the project ‘Parsley and surroundings’, a training laboratory for jobless women aimed at creating condominium rooftop farming, so that neglected common spaces may be turned into productive, socially useful places to share and improve”.

On Thursday 27 October 2016 at noon ATDAL Over 40 will pay a “group visit” to the exhibition. If you are interested to join, please send an e-mail in advance to infolazio@atdal.it.
