Active80 logo Coming to an end in September 2016, the Active 80+ project has published its final outcome: a handbook for trainers, a handbook for practitioners and policy recommendations.

Active 80+ is a two-year EU-funded project which aims at promoting the social participation of people aged 80+ in developing and testing a research-based training for care staff and volunteers to help them function as coaches for people at high age.

The project handbooks and recommendations can be downloaded on Active 80+ website: https://www.act-80plus.eu/

More information is also provided in the last issue of the Active 80+ newsletter.

The project main products and experiences will be presented by the Active 80+ partner OVN-NL at the 4th AGE Annual Conference on Friday 18 November 2016 in Brussels.
