Published in March 2024, this comparative analysis, drafted by Isabelle Chopin and Catharina Germaine (Migration Policy Group), compares and analyses the information set out in the country reports presenting the state of non-discrimination law in the 27 EU Member States as of 1 January 2023. It draws some conclusions from the information contained in these reports and highlights interesting developments at national and European level such as important case law and legislative amendments.
