WE4AHA was the Horizon 2020 Coordination and Support Action (CSA) for the European Innovation Partnership on Active and healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA).

Results

WE4AHA supported the EIP on AHA reference sites and action groups and worked on three horizontal initiatives:

  • Innovation to Market (I2M): plan to target the scale-up of digital health and care solutions in a cross-border context.
  • Blueprint development: The Blueprint personas were developed by a team of experts aimed at identifying the health and care needs of the population https://blueprint-personas.eu/
  • MAFEIP: The Monitoring and Assessment Framework for the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing is a web-based tool to estimate the health and economic outcomes of a large variety of ICT-enabled social and health innovations. https://tool.mafeip.eu/overview/

Information about all the EIP on AHA’s results can be found on the European Commission’s website.

AGE involvement

AGE was involved in stakeholder engagement, spanning from designing and establishing engagement mechanism amongst partners to cooperation amongst new partners and those already involved. AGE also supported the development and execution of the innovation to market (I2M) plan and the blueprint co-development and implementation. To ensure external communication and dissemination, AGE participated in media campaigns and the facilitation of meetings.
