MATUROLIFE aims at increasing the quality of life and autonomy of older persons by creating smart clothing, footwear and furniture with an assistive functionality.
Older persons are the end-users of the project, hence their involvement is key to make sure the final products will effectively meet their needs. This is the main reason why AGE Platform Europe has been involved from the beginning of the project. We have been responsible to ensure the involvement of older persons as end-users by running a Stakeholder Representative Panel and by recruiting individuals to participate in the co-creation workshops and the testing of the developed solutions.
