Active 80+ publishes handbooks and recommendations for greater social participation in very old age

Active80 logo Coming to an end in September 2016, the Active 80+ project has published its final outcome: a handbook for trainers, a handbook for practitioners and policy recommendations.

Active 80+ is a two-year EU-funded project which aims at promoting the social participation of people aged 80+ in developing and testing a research-based training for care staff and volunteers to help them function as coaches for people at high age.

The project main products and experiences will be presented by the Active 80+ partner OVN-NL at the 4th AGE Annual Conference on Friday 18 November 2016 in Brussels.
