Maciej's work aims to ensure an ever-stronger voice for AGE members and older people to influence policies on ageing at European and international level. To do so, Maciej is responsible for the implementation of AGE strategic objectives and the development of our network.

Maciej joined AGE in 2006 and worked consecutively as Policy Officer on Social Protection and Social Inclusion and since 2010 as Policy Director. From 2014 to 2020, he was Vice President of the Social Platform, the largest European network of rights-based NGOs working in the social sector.

Maciej holds a master's degree in international economic relations and postgraduate degrees in European affairs and public administration.
