Call for presentations/input on the ‘human factors’ in ICT

The 1st workshop on of ETSI TC HF (Human Factors) on “The Human side of technology: Human factors in ICT” will aim at disseminating the work results on user experience and accessibility and identifying new standardization topics aligned with the ETSI strategy and the stakeholders’ needs. To address this objective, ETSI is currently calling for presentations and input on the following topics and their standardization aspects:

  1. Accessibility (including policy and regulatory aspects)
  2. ICT that benefits an ageing population
  3. Making ICT accessible to people with cognitive and learning disabilities
  4. Speech intelligibility in mobile networks
  5. The user experience and accessibility of Smart and Sustainable Cities and Communities’ services
  6. HF aspects of
    1. privacy, trust, identification and security in ICT
    2. emergency communications
    3. e-payment and m-payment
    4. Intelligent Transport Systems
