AGE and EDF issue recommendations for an inclusive Digital Single Market

tablet computerBoosting growth and job creation in the EU through the development of Europe's digital economy is one of the main priorities of the 2014-2019 European Commission. To achieve this, the Commission is preparing an ambitious Digital Single Market strategy (DSM) aimed to remove the existing obstacles to that development. The three main areas of action for this strategy were unveiled in a press release in March 2015.

The European Disability Forum (EDF) and AGE Platform Europe (AGE) support the Commission's initiative as long as it leaves nobody behind. We understand access to the Digital Single Market as a fundamental right that everyone should enjoy. EDF and AGE have therefore issued joint recommendations to ensure an inclusive Digital Single Market.
