Please find attached AGE's response to the Commission consultation on 'EU Citizens' Rights - the way forward' in which we highlight two issues where senior citizen's rights are infringed: barriers to free movement within the EU faced by senior citizens due to the denial of access or excessive premiums for travel insurance and an example of indirect discrimination on the ground of nationality applied to older people in France when they seek access to a reverse mortgage.
